If you are renewing your Home Insurance with us and are a homeowner** your policy will still include Emergency Home Assistance which provides you with help when an emergency affects your home.***

Home Assistance cover has been designed to give homeowners real peace of mind and help when you need it most – immediately after an insured emergency affects the home.

This cover provides help when an emergency affects your home and covers:

• Plumbing or Drainage, such as blocked drains or burst pipes.
• Main Heating System, including your Hot Water System.
• The Domestic Power Supply.
• The Toilet Unit.
• Home Security.
• Vermin Infestation.
• Alternative Accommodation up to the value of £250 inclusive of VAT.

You will be covered for call out charges, plus parts and labour for up to £1000 per year, and making a claim will not affect your no claim bonus.
